Canada

 If you order by 12 p.m. on the same day, your product will be dispatched the same day, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery information.

The time it takes for your order to arrive is estimated from the time it is placed.

Monday through Friday, barring holidays, all orders are handled.

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., deliveries are made.

At the time of delivery, an adult signature will be requested.

• Pre-order, back-order, Made-to-Order, and DIY items will be delivered on the estimated delivery date listed on the product description page. When these items become available, they will be shipped via Ground Shipping.

• Embossed products will be delivered via UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your purchase.

• Fragrances cannot be transported by air due to regulations imposed by the United States Department of Transportation; please allow extra time for delivery of these items.
